We have reviewed our method of authentication on the portal and are moving across onto Microsoft or Google logins for all. This will improve Data Securing by eliminating the use of logins being shared by customers and ensuring that customer accounts for their leavers are disabled as their work emails are disabled.
We will need a new Data Sharing Agreement for completing for each customer site so that the authentication and permissions we set up for you are correct.

The Portal is having a Face Lift
Acting on feedback from customers, we have been working with the portal development team to improve the customer user interface to make it easier to find groups of information. This is currently on the test system and will be live in the next week or so.
